The panel discussion was moderated by Radhesh Kanumury, CEO and Managing Partner, Arka Venture Labs.

We also had two startup founders Vijay Raypati, Ex Co Founder of Minjar (acquired by Nutanix), Sanjoe Tom Jose , Co Founder of Talview (one of the fastest growing cross border HR Tech company) who have managed 50+ member teams as speakers to understand from them the practices they adapted and what worked for them and what didn’t.
